About Dr Nneka
I hold a PhD in Respiratory Physiology and Pharmacology and spent years as a scientific researcher across academia and big pharma. For over a decade I've worked in medical communications, translating complex science into meaningful narratives for healthcare professionals globally.
That foundation is what makes everything I create different. My passion for breathwork, movement and sound isn't separate from my science, it's built on it.
The Reset Series
We are living in a burnout epidemic. Studies show that 77% of professionals have experienced burnout at their current job and women are disproportionately affected.
Most of us are running on empty. We’re overworked, overstimulated and chronically exhausted, yet still showing up, still delivering and still putting everyone else first.
The Reset Series was born from my own experience of burnout and living a life of toxic achievement culture. It exists because rest has been made to feel like failure. And because your nervous system deserves more than a weekend away that changes nothing when you land back home.
This is an intimate, science-backed restorative experience for the woman who carries a lot. Who makes decisions that benefit everyone but herself. Who has forgotten what it feels like to truly switch off.
Before anything, I am a scientist. I have spent decades learning and researching how body systems work and how they are affected by disease, with a particular focus on the respiratory system.. We possess innate, powerful tools with the breath being one of the most profound. I want to show you how to use them. Alongside this, we will pair with other science-backed modalities that have proven effects on rest and nervous system recovery.
