Guided breathwork techniques designed to prime your nervous system, shift you out of fight or flight and prepare your body for deep restoration.
Red Light Therapy
Full body exposure to Rojo's professional grade red light panels,stimulating cellular recovery, reducing inflammation and creating profound physical warmth.
Gong Sound Bath with Red Light
Lying beneath the red light panels while the resonance of the gongs guides your brainwaves into deep rest.

A practical conversation on nervous system regulation; tools and techniques you can take home and use in your daily life from tomorrow.

Breathwork
Breathwork directly regulates your autonomic nervous system. Slow, controlled exhalation activates the vagus nerve, increasing parasympathetic tone and shifting your body out of fight or flight. Breathwork builds your resilience to stress over time, measurably reducing cortisol and increasing heart rate variability.
Gong & Sound Therapy
Gong frequencies work through the frequency following response, the brain's tendency to synchronise its electrical activity to external rhythmic stimuli. Rich in low frequency harmonics, gong tones guide brainwave activity from beta (alert, stressed) toward alpha and theta states associated with deep relaxation. Low frequency vibration also stimulates the vagus nerve directly through the body, explaining the deep physical stillness experienced during a session.
Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy works through photobiomodulation, where specific red wavelengths penetrate the skin and are absorbed by the mitochondria, the energy centres of your cells. This stimulates ATP production, enhancing cellular energy and accelerating tissue recovery. Red light also reduces oxidative stress, promotes nitric oxide release and supports the vasodilatory effects initiated during breathwork.

What to wear: Comfortable, loose clothing you can lie down in. Bring a layer you may want to feel cosy during the sound bath.
Avoid a heavy meal for at least 2 hours before the session. Light eating is fine.
What to bring: Just yourself. Everything else is taken care of.

Do I need any experience with breathwork or yoga?
No experience is needed. The session is designed to be accessible for complete beginners while still being deeply valuable for those with an existing practice.
Is this suitable for people with health conditions?
If you have a respiratory condition, cardiovascular condition or are pregnant please consult your doctor before booking. If you're unsure feel free to get in touch before reserving your space.
Is red light suitable for my skintype?
Without committing to any harsh chemicals or invasive procedures, red light therapy benefits are differentiated from other therapies by its gentle nature that is suitable for all skin types
Will there be other women there I don't know?
Yes and that's part of the experience. The social element at the end is designed for connection. Many women leave having made meaningful connections with others in the room.
What should I do after the session?
Give yourself time to integrate. Avoid rushing back into a busy evening if possible. Hydrate, rest and notice how you feel.
